Your students
You open a student, with their class, board and the person who should receive the report. The record stays inside your practice.
The counsellor workspace
Fassix runs the interview, the career matches and the roadmap. You keep the judgement. You correct the profile, choose the careers, edit the plan and sign the report that goes to the family.
How it works
The workspace is the same one Career Compass counsellors use. Fassix prepares the work. Nothing reaches a family until you sign it.
You open a student, with their class, board and the person who should receive the report. The record stays inside your practice.
You lead the interview, or you read the one the student has already had. You can correct what was heard before anything is matched.
Fassix ranks careers and gives the reasons. You add one it missed, remove one you reject, and put them in the order you will defend.
You edit the roadmap, then sign the report. The family receives the PDF from you, not from an unsigned draft.
The work
The interview, the matches, the roadmap and the report live against the student’s own record.
Class, marks, what the conversation concluded. If a line is wrong, you change it. The matches that follow use your correction.
Each career comes with why it fits this student.
Exams, milestones and dates, in order. You edit the plan before the family sees it.
The signed PDF can go out in English, Hindi or Gujarati, to the address you name.

If your practice already has Fassix, sign in. A new practice gets its account from Fassix. There is no public self-serve signup for counsellors.
